This really came as no surprise to us showing a similar trait to the 2024 survey although the COST factor has diminished reflecting the knowledge that there is a shrinking market of quality skilled candidates and the inherent difficulty in locating and attracting these.

When we receive an application we always look through the client's eyes. ‘How would I feel if I received that cv?' and when we speak with them ‘ How would I feel about having that person in my business?'

These are the 2 crunch questions that we ask ourselves. Our role is to find and submit candidates that are a fit for your business, not maybe's or a good fit but has an attitude. SPEED OF RESPONSE
