So we are now entering the end of April, post Brexit, post Covid and the economy and certainly the candidate market is definitely hitting an all time low in my 30 plus years in recruitment.
The days of recruiting 50 people in a day are over and now it is bit by bit, time by time, working on timeframes and being proactive. Here at Inter Recruitment we are proactive in our recruitment processes but appreciate that the quality and quantity within the labour market is much smaller but we do continually recruit for quality candidates over all of our divisions, however we will never promise what we cannot deliver.
